Will it fit, and what will it cost?
Type in the size of what you are sending. You get the box we would make for it, a price from the same calculator we use ourselves, and the Royal Mail size band that box lands in. One centimetre over a band limit puts up the postage on every single order you send.

Shredded cardboard
We shred our own production offcuts here in the unit, so this is clean plain brown kraft with no ink, no tape, no staples and no printed paper mixed in. Loose fill for packing, and bedding for small animals. Collect from Livingston, or free delivery within 20 miles.

Packing and void fill
A straight swap for bubble wrap and polystyrene chips. It fills the gaps around an item so nothing shifts in transit, which is what actually causes damage. Fully recyclable and compostable, so your customer puts it straight in the garden waste.
Order it alongside your boxes and it goes on the same delivery.
Small animal bedding
Suitable for rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and nesting. Plain unprinted kraft only. We never shred printed card, glossy card, newspaper or anything with tape or staples in it, because this comes off our own production offcuts rather than from waste collection.
Bring your own tub or sack and we will fill it at the unit if you would rather not take a bag.
Pick the right board
ECT stands for edge crush test. It measures how much weight the board takes before the wall buckles. If you stack on pallets, this is the number that matters.
B Flute
Single wall, 3mm5.2kN/m ECT
Postal, retail and light goods up to about 10kg.
BE Flute
Double wall, 5mm8.7kN/m ECT
Moving, stacking and heavy goods from 15kg. This is the one most people order.
BC Flute
Double wall, 7mm8.2kN/m ECT
Heavy duty work, fragile contents and export.

Customer reviews go here
There is nothing in this space because nobody has left a review yet, and we are not going to invent any. If we have made boxes for you, a review on Google takes about a minute, and for a small local firm it counts for a great deal.
